People are often surprised to see Arak as part of our offerings here at Bull Run. It’s usually quickly met with a “What is Arak?” Our Arak is a unique spirit distilled from Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Syrian Anise seed that captures and combines the spirit and terroir of the northwest and the Middle East. This has been a long-time collaboration with our friend and industry innovator Jamal Hassan.
