Here in Carlton, we like to start the St. Patrick's Day celebrations a few days early. So get your green on and join us for the Carlton Business Association's Carlton Crawl this Saturday. "Embark on a tasting journey through Carlton and collect 8 stamps as you savor local flavors. Along the way, visit 3 interactive swag stations to pick up stamps and enjoy some extra goodies! Once your passport is complete with 8 stamps, return it to the gift booth to choose from a variety of exciting gifts." Speaking of passports…the Wine Country Whiskey Trail is a sponsor for this event, so we get to showcase the WCWT in the festivities. Our friends at Branch Point will be helping us do just that. In case you don't know, Branch Point Distillery is an independent, family-owned distillery in the heart of Oregon wine country. Distilling since 2016, Branch Point creates original whiskeys from locally-grown grains. They'll be on the patio pouring samples and selling bottles.
