This initiative led to the creation of our Pinot Finished American Whiskey, which has become the flagship of our barrel finishing program—one of the cornerstones of our identity. What's exciting about barrel finishing is that it allows for the comparison of different batches aged for varying lengths of time in a variety of local winery barrels. After a lot of research, we find all of them unique and delicious in their own ways.
